My Story

After many years of avoiding the camera, I realized if I wanted my clients to be excited and experience what they felt while being photographed, then I needed to be placed in front of the camera. I am extremely fortunate to have a son who is also a photographer and I asked him to assist me in having a photographic experience. For years I struggled with self loathing and body image issues, but I finally let it all go and became his model. My experience was amazing and I couldn’t believe how beautiful the images are; it was at that moment I realized I was seeing myself through his eyes and to him I am beautiful. The light bulb went on and I now understand why my clients fall in love with their images, they are seeing themselves as I see them. We are a legacy to our children & grandchildren and we need to leave them the gift of beautiful photographs.

My customers are rarely photographed in a studio with backdrops and canned lighting, but with lovely natural lighting and God’s beautiful creation as the backdrop. As a Lifestyle photographer I encourage you not to pose, but to play and enjoy your time as I guide you through your experience. This philosophy inspires not only incredible images, but happy and relaxed clients.

Living in South West Florida (Fort Myers area) we are fortunate to have a natural backdrop in our back yards; whether it’s the beach, park or one of our many historic landmarks or our downtown River District area. Perfection for your portraits. I can also provide a complete studio setup in your home or desired location

Destination Weddings are popular in our area and I have been fortunate enough to photograph brides in some of Southwest Florida’s most beautiful venues.

As an event photographer for radio stations 94.5 “The Arrow” and 93Xfm , most recently the Beasley Media Group in their South West Florida market I have been able to cover many local and national acts such as: STYX, REO, Willie Nelson, Johnny Winter, Vanilla Ice, Darius Rucker, Miranda Lambert, Dierks Bentley, Kid Rock, and large format festivals such as Fort Rock, Bacon Jam, The Coconut Festival and many, many more. I am also hired on occasion as a fill-in/photobooth photographer for Cat Country 107.1 in Fort Myers Florida. I am currently the house photographer for Germain Arena. Last year I was hired as the Event photographer for Stars on Ice and took the photo for their tour use.
